Cuteness reserves the right to refuse an order, or to adjust an order in consultation with the customer.

Prices
All prices include VAT and are subject to change. Typos reserved.

Payment
Payment should be credited to our bank account within 7 days after placing the order. If we have not received your payment after 7 days, the order will be cancelled.

Problems
If there are any problems regarding your order, we will inform you immediately. Your payment can thus be recovered directly by you. And we will refund your payment for a fully 100%.

Shipping and handling
The shipping and handling costs are specified when placing the order. The shipping and handling costs for shipping to addresses in the Netherlands are € 2.50 for small items (mailbox) and € 4.50 for large items (parcel). Free shipping and handling on orders over € 50.00, with a Dutch delivery address. The shipping and handling costs for shipping to addresses in Europe are € 4.50 for small items (mailbox) and € 7.50 for large items (parcel). The shipping and handling costs for shipping to addresses outside Europe are € 8.50 for small items (mailbox) and € 15.00 for large items (parcel).

Shipping and transport risk
The order will be shipped within 2 days after receiving the payment.
You are responsible for providing the correct address. Cuteness is not responsible for orders lost in transit due to incorrect address information provided.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with statement of the delivery time. If you haven’t received your order within this term, please contact us. Because after this term we cannot refund lost shipments.

Trial period
If you want to return your purchase, you may, after consultation with us, return the unused products within 7 days of receipt. You should add a copy of the invoice, including your bank details (account number, name and address) to the return package. The shipping costs regarding this are for the customer. After receiving and approval of the returned item(s), credit of the paid amount will follow within 7 days. Not stamped postage returns will be refused by us and will be returned to you. Opened items may not be returned, except by mutual agreement after approval.
