Tracking code
Letter post to the following countries do not have a tracking code: The Netherlands, United States of America, Canada, Hungary, Poland, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand.
Parcel shipments to a delivery address in The Netherlands, the United States of America, Canada, Hungary, Poland, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand do have a tracking code and can be traced.
Shipments to other countries - with one fixed shipping rate - do have a tracking code.
Delivery
After receiving your payment, your order will be shipped within 48 hours on business days. The transit time for Dutch delivery adresses is an average of 1 to 2 business days. For European shipping addresses this will be 2 to 3 business days. Shipments to the United States have a transit time of 3 to 6 business days.
