Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to return or exchange your order (or a part of it) within 14 days. This period of 14 days starts on the day after you've received your order. During this period you will need to handle the product and its packaging carefully. All products should be in perfect condition including all tags and packaging.
How to return or exchange
When you want to return or exchange (a part of) your order, please contact us by email first.
In your email you need to include the following information:
- order number,
- product description (when returning/exchanging part of your order),
- your name and address.
On business days you will get a response with instructions within 24 hours.

Conditions
- You are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You are responsible in case of theft or loss during return shipment.
- Not sufficiently stamped returns will be refused by us and return to you.
- Products must be in perfect condition for resale.
- When you return your entire order, we will refund the total amount you've paid, this is including the shipping costs paid when placing the order.
- When you return a part of your order, we will only refund the purchase price of the returned products.
- After receiving the return shipment in good condition, we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days.
