Article 1 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to any distance agreement concluded between Cuteness and the customer. Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these General Terms and Conditions is made available to the customer.
Article 2 - Products
The products on this website are displayed as fully as possible by means of accurate descriptions and detailed photos. However, due to screen settings, the color of the product may differ slightly in reality from the color on the photos.
Article 3 - Prices
All product prices include 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs and are subject to price changes. Typos reserved.
Article 4 – Shipping costs
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 4.95 including VAT. The shipping costs to Belgium are at all times € 7.95.
Article 5 - Payment
The payment must be credited to our account within 5 working days after placing the order. If the payment is not received by us after 5 working days, the order will be canceled and the ordered products will be released for sale again.
Article 6 - Powerlessness
In the event of impotence, the customer will be informed immediately. In that case, payments made can be immediately reclaimed, after which 100% of the payment is returned to the customer immediately.
Article 7 - Shipment and transport risk
The order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. Unless a different term has been agreed in mutual consultation. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address details. We are not liable for orders that are lost during shipment as a result of incorrectly provided address details. As soon as the order has been sent, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Article 8 - Right of withdrawal
If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase, the customer can return the order within 14 days, without stating reasons. This reflection period starts on the day after receipt of the order. During the reflection period, the customer must handle the products and associated packaging with care. These products must be able to be sold again after returning.
If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase, the customer can inform us of this by sending an e-mail to info@cuteness.nl with the subject “Right of dissolution”. In the e-mail, the customer must state the following information: order number, product description, name and address details.
The shipping costs for the return are for the customer, unless mutually agreed otherwise. The customer is responsible for theft or loss during transport. After receipt of the return shipment, the amount already paid will be credited within 2 working days. Returns that are not sufficiently stamped are definitely refused by us and are then returned to the customer.
Article 9 - Complaints and/or comments
If there are complaints and/or comments, the customer can make this known by emailing us at info@cuteness.nl. Complaints and/or comments will be handled in mutual consultation.
