Orders are sent via PostNL. All orders are carefully packed so that your favorite goodies are not damaged during shipping.
All packages are sent with a track & trace code.

Track & trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, always containing a track & trace code. With this code you can track your package. This shipping confirmation may accidentally end up in spam.
Delivery time
After receipt of payment, your order will be handed over to PostNL within 1 to 2 working days . As soon as your order is at PostNL, the transit time (as mentioned in the above list) will apply. For pre-orders, a different delivery time applies as stated in the pre-order.
Pick up packages at a PostNL location
Not at home on delivery:
If PostNL has not been able to deliver your package to you or the neighbours, it will be sent to a PostNL location closest to you. You then have 7 days to collect the package . If you do not do this, it will be returned to the sender and there are 2 options:
- If you want to cancel the order, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping costs.
- Do you want to have the order sent again. That is of course possible, but then you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
